Supplier agrees to remit and will be responsible for all withholding taxes; income taxes; applicable pension plan, social services or similar contributions; employment or unemployment insurance deductions; workers compensation assessments and penalties; taxes and any other deductions required by applicable laws for Supplier and any of Supplier’s Representatives. Supplier is solely responsible for and will file all returns required under all applicable laws, including but not limited to any applicable income tax legislation, pension plan, social services or similar legislation and employment or unemployment insurance legislation.
