Common use of Payroll Services Clause in Contracts

Payroll Services. Spinco shall provide Plains with payroll services as such services are requested, including: payment processing; Form W-2 preparation; assistance with any required regulatory compliance in connection with any payroll services provided pursuant to this Section 2.1.3; and distribution and maintenance of the Plains employee database. Upon termination of such payroll services, Spinco shall provide Plains with all payroll records for Plains employees.

Spinco Plains shall provide Plains Spinco with payroll services as such services are requestedservices, including: payment processing; Form W-2 preparation; assistance with any required regulatory compliance in connection with any payroll services provided pursuant to this Section 2.1.32.1.4; and distribution and maintenance of the Plains Spinco employee database. Upon termination of such payroll services, Spinco Plains shall provide Plains Spinco with all payroll records for Plains Spinco employees.
