Payroll Taxes and Costs. The Catering SFA shall pay its employees directly and shall withhold and pay all applicable Federal and State employment taxes and payroll insurance with respect to its employees, including an applicable income, social security, Medicare and employment taxes, and workers’ compensation costs.
