Common use of Payroll Taxes Clause in Contracts

Payroll Taxes. Any payment required or permitted to be made or given to the EXECUTIVE pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the withholding and other requirements of applicable laws, and to the deduction requirements of any benefit plan maintained by the EMPLOYER in which the EXECUTIVE is a participant, and to all reporting, filing and other requirements in respect of such payments, and the EMPLOYER or THI, as applicable, shall promptly satisfy all such requirements.
