Common use of PBGC Notices Clause in Contracts

PBGC Notices. Promptly and in any event within two Banking Days after receipt thereof by Borrower or any of its ERISA Affiliates from the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, copies of each notice received by Borrower or any such ERISA Affiliate of the intention of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation to terminate any Plan or to have a trustee appointed to administer any Plan;
