PC further agrees Sample Clauses

PC further agrees. (1) keep intact all proprietary notices contained in the Event materials; (2) not use the Event materials in a manner that suggests an association with any Charity’s or Sponsor’s products, services, or brands (except with the express permission of Ve’ahavta); (3) make no modifications to the Event materials (except with the express permission of Ve’ahavta).
