The FIDA Plan shall offer each Participant the choice of no fewer than three (3) Participating PCPs within distance/travel time standards as set forth in Section 2.7.1.6.5.12.7.1.8.6 of this Contract. The FIDA Plan must assign a PCP to Participants who fail to select a PCP.
