Common use of PCP to Enrollee Ratio Clause in Contracts

PCP to Enrollee Ratio. The Contractor’s maximum PCP panel size shall be six hundred (600) Enrollees. If Contractor does not satisfy the PCP requirements set forth above, the Contractor may demonstrate compliance with these requirements by demonstrating that (i) the Contractor’s full time equivalent PCP ratios exceed ninety percent (90%) of the requirements set forth above, and (ii) that Covered Services are being provided in the Service Area in a manner what is timely and otherwise satisfactory. The Contractor shall comply with § 1932(b)(97) of the Social Security Act.
