Common use of PDF and Counterparts Clause in Contracts

PDF and Counterparts. This Lease may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all such counterparts taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. The Lease may be executed in what is commonly referred to as a “PDF” document and each party is entitled to rely on a “PDF” copy of the Lease duly executed by another party as if it had received an original copy.
