PDL DIAGNOSTIC PRODUCTS. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, EXEL hereby grants PDL a worldwide, co-exclusive license, including the right to sublicense, under the EXEL Patents, EXEL Know-How and EXEL's interest in the Joint Patents to make, have made, use, develop, test, sell, offer to sell, have sold and import PDL Diagnostic Products. At the time PDL identifies a Third Party manufacturer for any such PDL Diagnostic Product, PDL may request the co-exclusive license be converted to an exclusive license. [ * ].
