Common use of PEACEABLE SURRENDER Clause in Contracts

PEACEABLE SURRENDER. Airline covenants and agrees to yield and deliver peaceably to Authority possession of the Airline Leased Premises on the expiration date or earlier termination of this Agreement, promptly and in as good condition as at the commencement of this Agreement or, if improved, in as good condition as of the completion date of the last improvement made to the Airline Leased Premises, but in either case with reasonable wear and tear excepted.‌
