Common use of PEACEFUL AND QUIET POSSESSION Clause in Contracts

PEACEFUL AND QUIET POSSESSION. Tenant, if and so long as it pays all rents due hereunder and performs and observes the other terms and covenants to be performed and kept by it as provided in this Lease, shall have the peaceable and quiet possession of the Premises during the Term free of any claims of Landlord or anyone lawfully claiming by, through or under Landlord, subject, however, to the terms of this Lease and to matters of public record existing as of the date of this Lease.

PEACEFUL AND QUIET POSSESSION. Tenant, if and so long as it pays all rents due hereunder and performs and observes the other terms and covenants to be performed and kept by it as provided in this Lease, shall have the peaceable and quiet possession of the Premises during the Term free of any claims of Landlord or anyone lawfully claiming by, through or under Landlord, subject, however, to the terms of this Lease Lease, and to the terms of the Development Lease, the Mortgage and the REA, and to matters of public record existing as of the date of this Lease.
