Common use of Pedigree Retained Rights; Ownership Clause in Contracts

Pedigree Retained Rights; Ownership. Subject to the rights granted in this Agreement, Pedigree and its third party vendors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Licensed Technology and its related intellectual property rights, and the Pedigree Marks. Client acknowledges that it neither owns nor acquires any additional rights in and to the foregoing not expressly granted by this Agreement. Client further acknowledges that Pedigree retains the right to use the foregoing for any purpose in Pedigree’s sole discretion.
