Pell Grants/HEA Title IV. 2 If CONTRACTOR provides any services under this Agreement to applicants for or recipients of Pell 3 Grants or awards pursuant to Title IV of the Higher Education Act, CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with 4 CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR in coordinating these grants and awards with WIA funding in accordance 5 with 20 C.F.R. 663.320 and Section 134 (d) of the Act. CONTRACTOR shall inform CONTRACT 6 ADMINISTRATOR in writing of the amounts and disposition of any Pell Grants, Higher Education Act Title 7 IV awards and other financial aid granted to each WIA participant under this Agreement.
