Penalties for non-conformity of production. 12.1. The approval granted in respect of an Enhanced Child Restraint System pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if an Enhanced Child Restraint System bearing the particulars referred to in paragraph 5.4. of this Regulation fails to pass the random checks described in paragraph 9. above or does not conform to the type approved.
