Penalties for non-conformity of production. 10.1. The approval granted in respect of a type of vehicle, component or separate technical unit pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements laid down in paragraph 6. and, if applicable, paragraph 7. above are not complied with or if the selected vehicles fail to pass the tests provided for in paragraph 6. and, if applicable, paragraph 7. above. 10.2. If a Party to the Agreement which applies this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation thereof by means of a communication form conforming to the model in Annexes 3A and 3B to this Regulation.

The approval granted in respect of a type of vehicle/REESS type, component or separate technical unit pursuant to this Regulation may be withdrawn if the requirements laid down in paragraph 6. and, if applicable, paragraph 78. above are not complied with with, or if the selected vehicles vehicle/REESS or its components fail to pass the tests provided for in paragraph 6. and, if applicable, paragraph 78.3.5. above. 10.29.2. If a Contracting Party to the Agreement which applies applying this Regulation withdraws an approval it has previously granted, it shall forthwith so notify the other Contracting Parties applying this Regulation thereof Regulation, by means of a communication form conforming to the model Model in Annexes 3A and 3B Annex 1 (Part 1 or Part 2) to this Regulation.
