Penalty on Delinquent Payments. If the payment of any installment of Royalties or any other fee due under this Agreement is delinquent, interest shall accrue on the unpaid principal amount of such installment from and after the date which is ten (10) calendar days after the date the same became due at five percent (5%) per annum.
