Common use of PENALTY RATE DISCLOSURES Clause in Contracts

PENALTY RATE DISCLOSURES. All rates for your account, including the rates for purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers will automatically increase to the Penalty Rate disclosed on the Addendum accompanying this Agreement when your account becomes greater than 60 days delinquent.

PENALTY RATE DISCLOSURES. All rates for your account, including the rates for purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers transfers, will automatically increase to the Penalty Rate disclosed on the Addendum accompanying this Agreement when your account becomes greater than 60 you are 90 or more days delinquentlate in making a payment.

All rates for your account, including the rates for purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers will automatically increase to the Penalty Rate disclosed on the Addendum accompanying this Agreement when your you are 30 days late in making a payment, make a payment that is returned, or do any of the above on another account becomes greater than 60 days delinquentyou have with us.
