Common use of Pending Commission approval Clause in Contracts

Pending Commission approval. This Agreement has been submitted to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for review and is pending CPUC approval. If the CPUC approves this Agreement without change, this executed Agreement will continue to be in effect according to the terms outlined in this Agreement. If the CPUC does modify this Agreement, the MHP Owner/Operator and PG&E agree that those changes will be automatically incorporated herein and MHP Owner/ Operator agrees to sign the new CPUC approved Agreement if requested by PG&E. If the request is made and the MHP Owner/Operator does not comply expeditiously, the rebuild may be paused by PG&E.
