Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act License. The Depositor shall use its best efforts to maintain, and shall cause the Trust to use its best efforts to maintain, the effectiveness of all licenses required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act in connection with this Agreement and the other Basic Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby until such time as the Trust shall terminate in accordance with the Trust Agreement.
