Pennsylvania State Law Provisions. Lessee waives the right to any notices to quit as may specified in the Landlord and Tenant Act of Pennsylvania, Act of April 6, 1951, as amended, or any similar or successor provision of law, and agrees that five (5) days’ notice shall be sufficient in any case where a longer period may be statutorily specified.
