Common use of PENSION PLAN FUND Clause in Contracts

PENSION PLAN FUND. The Employer will contribute to the Pension Plan Trust Fund the sum of three dollars ($3.00) for each hour worked by each employee employed as a Journeyman. Effective July this contribution will increase to three dollars and twenty-five cents on January it will increase to three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) and on January it will increase to three dollars and seventy-five cents ($3.75). The employee will contribute to the Pension Plan the sum of fifty ($0.50) for each hour worked.
