Common use of Pension Transfer Agreement Clause in Contracts

Pension Transfer Agreement. The Company shall fulfill all of its obligations under the Pension Transfer Agreement dated October 31, 1997, between the Company and ICI Canada, in accordance with the terms thereof, that relate to the establishment, funding, maintenance and operation of each Canadian Pension Plan to be established therewith. ARTICLE ELEVEN
