Pension Transfer Terms Sample Clauses

Pension Transfer Terms. (1) ACCC will ensure that the relevant Transferred Employees cease to participate in and accrue benefits under the relevant ACCC RPP as of the Effective Time. (2) The Partnership's RPP will provide each eligible Transferred Employee with pension benefits and ancillary benefits that are the same as those that would have been provided to such Transferred Employees under the relevant ACCC RPP as at the day prior to the Effective Time if such employee had continued in the relevant ACCC RPP.
