PENSIONS, INSURANCE, RETIREMENT AND BENEFIT PLANS. It is expressly understood that Clauses 16.01; 16.02; 16.05; 16.06; 16.07 and 16.08 do not apply to the Long Term Temporary Employees. Upon successful completion of a three (3) month trial period, the Long Term Temporary Employees shall be entitled to the provisions of clause 16.03.
