Common use of People with Significant Control Regime Clause in Contracts

People with Significant Control Regime. Each Loan Party and its Subsidiaries shall (a) within the relevant timeframe, comply with any notice it receives pursuant to Part 21A of the Companies Xxx 0000 from any company incorporated in the United Kingdom whose shares are the subject of a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent, and (b) promptly provide the Administrative Agent with a copy of that notice.

Each Loan Party and its Subsidiaries each Subsidiary thereof shall (a) within the relevant timeframe, comply with any notice it receives pursuant to Part 21A of the Companies Xxx 0000 Act 2006 from any company incorporated in the United Kingdom whose shares are the subject of a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent, and (b) promptly provide the Administrative Agent with a copy of that notice.
