The Company and its Subsidiaries shall (a) within the relevant timeframe, comply with any notice it receives pursuant to Part 21A of the Companies Axx 0000 from any company incorporated in the United Kingdom whose shares are subject of a Lien in favor of the Agent, and (b) promptly (not later than 5 Business Days) provide the Agent with a copy of that notice.
