Pepco's Assignment Rights. Subject to Section 17.5 below, upon ten (10) days prior written notice to Generator, Pepco may assign this Agreement, and Pepco's rights, interests and obligations hereunder, to an Affiliate of Pepco that assumes Pepco's obligations to provide Services to the Service Load.
