Common use of Per Term Course Limits Clause in Contracts

Per Term Course Limits. (a) Over the period of the Fall and Winter academic terms, a CAI may hold a maximum of six courses of any credit hour weighting or any number of courses totalling up to twenty four credit hours, so long as one term does not exceed four courses or sixteen credit hours in total. In the Summer term a CAI may hold a maximum of four courses of any credit hour weighting or any number of courses totalling up to thirteen credit hours.
