Perak Corp’s Revenue Share. In consideration of Perak Corp’s roles and obligations under the JDA, subject to the full payment of all Development Costs, Perak Corp is entitled to a sum equivalent to 35% of the nett development value (as defined as GDV less Development Cost before tax as described in the JDA). The payment of Perak Corp’s Revenue Share is subject to the full payment of all Development Cost.

Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.
