Common use of Percent Local Use Clause in Contracts

Percent Local Use. When traffic other than local traffic is routed on the same facilities as local traffic, each party will report to the other a Percentage Local Usage (“PLU”). The application of the PLU will determine the amount of local minutes to be billed to the other party.
