Common use of Perfected Security Interest Clause in Contracts

Perfected Security Interest. On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

Perfected Security Interest. On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

Perfected Security Interest. On the such Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the applicable Airframe and each applicable Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's ’s right, title and interest in the such Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

Perfected Security Interest. On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's ’s right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

Perfected Security Interest. On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed DocumentsDocuments and the Financing Statements[, the filing discharge of any International Interest relating to the Financing Statements Existing Financing]6 and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's ’s right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

Perfected Security Interest. On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe each Airframe, Engine and each Spare Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's ’s right, title and interest in the AircraftCollateral, subject only to Permitted Liens.

Perfected Security Interest. On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner's ’s right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.
