Common use of Perfection and Protection of Security Interests and Liens Clause in Contracts

Perfection and Protection of Security Interests and Liens. (a) The Loan Parties will from time to time deliver to the Administrative Agent any financing statements, amendment, assignment and continuation statements, extension agreements and other documents, properly completed and executed (and acknowledged when required) by each Loan Party, as applicable, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which the Administrative Agent reasonably requests for the purpose of perfecting, confirming, or protecting any Liens or other rights in Collateral securing any Obligations.
