Perfection Certificate and Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) an updated perfection certificate with respect to the Loan Parties in form and substance consistent with such certificates previously delivered to the Administrative Agent on the Closing Date and (ii) copies of a recent Lien and judgments search in each jurisdiction reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent with respect to the Loan Parties;
