Common use of Perfection Certificate Supplement Clause in Contracts

Perfection Certificate Supplement. Together with the delivery of a Compliance Certificate with respect to the financial statements referred to in Section 6.01(a), the information required pursuant to Section II(B) of the Perfection Certificate with respect to any Intellectual Property that constitutes Collateral or confirming that there has been no change in such information since the date of the Perfection Certificate or the date of the most recent information delivered pursuant to this Section 6.02(d).

Perfection Certificate Supplement. Together Concurrently with the any delivery of a Compliance Certificate with respect to the financial statements referred to in under Section 6.01(a9.01(a) and (b), a certificate of an Authorized Officer of Holdings setting forth the information required pursuant to Section II(B) of the Perfection Certificate with respect to any Intellectual Property that constitutes Collateral or confirming that there has been no change in any such information (other than any information that, by the terms of the Perfection Certificate, is required to be disclosed only as of the Effective Date) since the date of the Perfection Certificate or the date of the most recent information delivered pursuant to this Section 6.02(d)latest Perfection Certificate Supplement.

Together with the delivery of a Compliance Certificate with respect to the financial statements referred to in Section 6.01(a), the information required pursuant to Section II(BII(A) of the Perfection Certificate with respect to any Intellectual Property that constitutes IP Collateral (as defined in the Security Agreement) or confirming that there has been no change in such information since the date of the Perfection Certificate or the date of the most recent information delivered pursuant to this Section 6.02(d6.02(c).

Perfection Certificate Supplement. Together Concurrently with the delivery of a the annual financial statements required pursuant to Section 6.01(a) and the related Compliance Certificate with respect to the financial statements referred to in Section 6.01(a6.02(b), a Perfection Certificate Supplement in the form of Exhibit P or a certification from a Responsible Officer of the Company that there have been no changes to the information required pursuant to Section II(B) of the Perfection Certificate with respect to any Intellectual Property that constitutes Collateral or confirming that there has been no change in such information since the date of the Perfection Certificate or the date of the most recent information delivered pursuant to this Section 6.02(d)contained therein.
