Common use of Perfection Certificate Clause in Contracts

Perfection Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a perfection certificate with respect to the Company and the other Loan Parties signed by a Responsible Officer of the Company and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
