Perfection of Invention Rights. Supplier will identify all countries in which it will seek patent protection for each Invention. Supplier authorizes Buyer to act as its agent in obtaining patent protection for the Inventions in countries where Supplier does not seek patent protection. Supplier will, at Buyer’s expense, assist in the filing of patent applications on Inventions and have required documents signed.
