Perfection of Liens on Collateral. On or prior to the Restatement Effective Date, in connection with the execution of the Pledge and Security Agreements, the Perfection Requirement (as defined in the Pledge and Security Agreements) shall have been satisfied and all of the perfection steps thereunder shall have been completed, and copies or evidence, if available, of any relevant filings, recordings and other perfection documentation shall have been provided to the Initial Lender, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.
