Common use of Perfection of Title Clause in Contracts

Perfection of Title. If, and only if, a declaration is made by the Trustee in accordance with clause 24.2, the Trustee and the Manager must as soon as practicable: (a) (Perfect title): take all necessary steps to perfect in the name of the Trustee the Trustee's legal title to the Mortgages then forming part of the Assets of the Series Trust, including lodgement of Mortgage Transfers (where necessary, executed under a Power of Attorney) with the land titles office of the appropriate jurisdiction to achieve registration of the Mortgages then forming part of the Assets of the Series Trust;
