Perfection Representations and Warranties. The parties hereto agree that the Perfection Representations and Warranties shall be a part of this Agreement for all purposes. For purposes of the Perfection Representations and Warranties, this Agreement shall be the “Specified Agreement”, the Transferor shall be the “Debtor” and the Issuer shall be the “Secured Party”.
