Santander Consumer hereby makes the perfection representations, warranties and covenants attached hereto as Schedule I to the Purchaser and the Purchaser shall be deemed to have relied on such representations, warranties and covenants in acquiring the Purchased Assets.

As used on Schedule I, the term “Receivable” shall refer to an Initial Receivable or a Subsequent Receivable, as applicable.
