Common use of Perfection Representations Clause in Contracts

Perfection Representations. (a) The representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Schedule B hereto shall be a part of this Indenture for all purposes. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture or any other Basic Document, the perfection representations contained in Schedule B hereto shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under this Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed. (c) The parties to this Indenture: (i) shall not waive any of the perfection representations contained in Schedule B hereto; (ii) shall provide the Administrator with prompt written notice of any breach of the perfection representations contained in Schedule B hereto; and (iii) shall not waive a breach of any of the perfection representations contained in Schedule B hereto.

(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture or any other Basic Document, the perfection representations contained in Schedule B I hereto shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under this Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed. (c) The parties to this Indenture: (i) shall not waive any of the perfection representations contained in Schedule B I hereto; (ii) shall provide notice to the Administrator with prompt written (who shall make such notice available to the Rating Agencies) of any breach of the perfection representations contained in Schedule B hereto; I hereto and (iii) shall not waive a breach of any of the perfection representations contained in Schedule B I hereto.
