Common use of Perform Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Perform Loan Documents. Borrower shall, or shall cause Xxxxxx Cushion Entity and Xxxxxx Borrowers to observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses to the extent required under the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, Borrower.

Borrower shall, or and shall cause Xxxxxx Cushion Entity and Xxxxxx Borrowers to Operating Company to, observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses to the extent required under the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, BorrowerBorrower and Operating Company, as applicable.

Borrower shall, or and shall cause Xxxxxx Cushion Entity and Xxxxxx Borrowers to Operating Tenant to, observe, perform and satisfy all the terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of, and shall pay when due all costs, fees and expenses to the extent required under the Loan Documents executed and delivered by, or applicable to, BorrowerBorrower and/or Operating Tenant. Payment of the costs and expenses associated with any of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement including the provisions of Section 10.13 hereof.
