PERFORM MOVE-OUT INSPECTION. Altisource will coordinate with Tenant to perform move-out inspection of the Rental Property to assess physical condition of the Rental Property and identify appropriate fees to deduct from the security deposit to repair any Tenant-caused damage in excess of normal wear and tear. Altisource will collect keys from Tenant and remit balance of the Tenant security deposit within locally required timelines, not to exceed thirty (30) days.
