Perform Preliminary Engineering Design. Geosyntec will perform an initial layout of Option B with input from the ECWSD. The proposed layout will accommodate appropriate buffering from the proposed expansion area wetland resources identified in Subtask 1.2. Geosyntec will prepare a preliminary layout drawing set, consisting of up to four sheets (10% design level) to depict proposed landfill cell areas, conceptual waste fill grading plan, stormwater management ponds, leachate management areas and additional landfill infrastructure including gas piping, leachate forcemain piping, and internal roadway network. Geosyntec will use the preliminary site layout to quantify impacts to environmentally sensitive resources and to perform a preliminary functional assessment. In addition, Geosyntec will coordinate and attend an FDEP ERP Pre-Application Meeting.
