Performance and Compliance with Insurance Premium Loans. The Assignor will, at its expense, timely and fully perform and comply with all provisions, covenants and other promises required to be observed by it hereunder. The Assignor shall comply with and perform its obligations with respect to any Insurance Premium Loan.
