Common use of Performance and Duty to the Company Clause in Contracts

Performance and Duty to the Company. Throughout the service of Padayachee under this Agreement, Padayachee will faithfully serve the Company and use all reasonable endeavours to promote the interests of the Company. Padayachee will act honestly, in good faith and in the best interests of the Company. Padayachee will adhere to all applicable policies of the Company.
