Performance and Enforcement of Sale and Contribution Agreement. (i) Perform and require the Seller to, perform each of their respective obligations and undertakings under and pursuant to the Sale and Contribution Agreement; purchase Timeshare Loans thereunder in compliance with the terms thereof; (ii) enforce the rights and remedies accorded to the Borrower under the Sale and Contribution Agreement and (iii) take all actions to perfect and enforce its rights and interests (and the rights and interests of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders as assignees of the Borrower) under the Sale and Contribution Agreement as the Administrative Agent may from time to time reasonably request, including making claims to which it may be entitled under any indemnity, reimbursement or similar provision contained in the Sale and Contribution Agreement.
