PERFORMANCE AND OPERATING STANDARDS. The Concessionaire will provide services in a first-class manner by adhering to high standards of operation and service regularity, as defined below and audited from time-to-time. When mutually agreed to by both parties, the City, through the Director of Aviation may make any necessary changes without further City of Kansas City, Missouri City Council approval.
