Performance and Schedule. 5.1 The Company shall use commercially-reasonable efforts to attempt to have Work performed by its direct employees performed during normal working hours. The foregoing notwithstanding, if Work is performed outside of normal working hours, Customer shall be responsible for paying all actual costs incurred in connection therewith, including, without limitation, applicable overtime costs.
